Roast Corn Soup with chorizo & tomatillo salsa

Crunchy Shrimp & Crab Cakes with chill lime emulsion

Endive Salad with Monforte Pecorino Fresco, sultana raisins, crispy capers & orange citrus vinaigrette

To Carry On (choice of one)

MTK Burger handcrafted with tomato relish & tobacco onions, served on a fresh pain au lait bun with frites or greens

Eats, Shoots & Leaves salad with sprouted legumes, a selection of leafy greens, Mildred’s house smoked salmon & maple vinaigrette

Pulled Pork & Ancho Tostadas with lime poblano slaw & avocado creme fraiche

{vegetarian option – traditional street food of Trinidad, a piping hot chickpea ‘double’ of fried flat bread topped with fresh coconut, mint & cilantro chutney}
