Last week, the team from Tourism Toronto rolled up their sleeves, tied on their aprons, and got the dish on everything you knead to know to bake a delicious loaf of Irish Soda Bread. One of the three options for our In the Kitchen with Mildred Pierce culinary experience, the newbie cooks tackled the method eagerly as Chef Donna Dooher guided them through the steps. Once the loaves were whisked away to the ovens, everyone gathered at the Kitchen Table for a family-style meal perfect for sharing, tasting, and raising a glass for a job well done.
